All Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea, Jasmine Green Tea & White Tea sold on this website are produced at our own Organic Tea Farms in Anxi & Fu Zhou & Fu Ding / Zheng He, Fujian Province, China.
Does your tea contain flower or artificial flavor?
No. All our tea are hand-picked and hand-made using traditional tea processing techniques.
Our Tie Guan Yin tea & White tea are both fragrant naturally. No flower or artificial flavor is added.
And our Jasmine Green Tea, it only contain all natural Jasmine Flower & Green Tea Leaf, no artificial flavor is added.
How should I store my tea?
Keep in a dry and cool place. All our tea is vacuum sealed per serving. It should avoid exposure to light, humidity, and high temperatures. Under normal circumstances, the tea should remain fresh for 3 - 6 months. If you keep them in a freezer, the tea will remain fresh for up to 18 months.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your order from our tea, and we will gladly exchange or refund any unopened tea within 14 days of receipt.
1) Tea must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition upon receipt. If item is found damaged or used, we will not be able to issue a refund. No refund will be made for the original shipping charges.
2) If an item in your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order paypal receipt number, items damaged, and nature of damage. We will be happy to assist you with replacing this item, or providing a refund. Shipping charges will not apply to replacement shipments in this case.
3) Generally, we do not cover the cost of shipping the returned or exchanged items to us.
What is your privacy policy?
To complete an order, our customers will share with us their name, email, and address. This information is used to process and ship orders. We do not sell or rent this information to any third party. Currently we have Paypal Checkout as our payment options. We don't collect any billing-related information.
